One caffeinated, one not: Grounded Energy is made with green tea and contains caffeine. Night Root is caffeine-free.

Grounded Energy is our green tea blend, made with sencha-style green tea for a clean lift without the crash. Bright citrus up front, a smooth, lightly grassy body, and a soft minty coolness at the finish. Flavor notes: light, citrusy, slightly sweet, and herbal. Contains caffeine from green tea.

Night Root is our bedtime ritual blend, brewed 30–60 minutes before bed to calm your body and quiet your mind. Soft citrus and gentle florals in the aroma, smooth and slightly sweet to taste, with a mild earthy note that feels grounding. Flavor notes: soft, floral, slightly citrusy, with a deep earthy finish. Caffeine-free.
