Grounded Energy is our sencha-style green tea blend, created to provide a clean caffeine lift for steadier, more focused energy. It is a refreshing choice for those times when you need a lift without the crash.

A bright wave of citrus greets you first, followed by a smooth, lightly grassy body that feels uplifting and calm at the same time. As the cup finishes, a gentle sweetness and soft minty coolness linger, leaving you refreshed and clear-headed.

Flavor notes: light, citrusy, slightly sweet, and herbal with a clean, refreshing finish.

How to brew:
Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz of 175–180°F water. Cover and steep for 3 minutes. For a stronger cup, use more tea rather than steeping longer.
