Cool Flame is our menopause comfort tea.  This blend was created specifically for women navigating menopause or perimenopause.  

A bright, floral cup with a gentle tartness that softens into a smooth, calming finish. It feels both uplifting and soothing, like a quiet moment of relief in the middle of your day.

Flavor notes: bright, floral, and gently tart with a smooth, balanced finish.

How to brew:
Use 1 teaspoon per 8 oz of boiling water. Cover and steep for 8–10 minutes. Enjoy any time of day.

Any time of day, including in the evening
