Rooted Relief is our herbal blend for inflammation support, joint comfort, and stiff, achy days. We created this blend as a soothing daily tea for times when your body feels sore, overworked, or in need of a little extra support.

It opens with a bright, floral aroma of rose and lemon balm. The first sip is gently citrusy and minty, followed by the warming spice of ginger and cinnamon. Rose hips bring a subtle tart sweetness, while holy basil and chamomile add a smooth, earthy softness. The finish is clean, lightly sweet, and refreshing - never bitter or medicinal.

Flavor notes: bright, lightly tart, soft floral, warming spice, with a cool mint finish.

How to brew:
Use 2 teaspoons per 8 oz of 200–205°F water. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes.

Best enjoyed:
On stiff, achy days, after physical activity, or as part of your everyday routine for inflammation and joint support.
